SeaEscape WILL ACCOMMODATE UP TO 6 PEOPLE.

Our vacation home is a small, privately owned business and we rely on advance reservations. Therefore, cancellations require a 3-week notice prior to your scheduled arrival to receive a deposit refund less a $100 per night processing fee. No refunds will be given less than three weeks prior to a reservation. Full payment is due no later than 4 weeks prior the scheduled arrival.

  • $250 for visits less than 1 week

  • $500 per week reserved

• Housekeeping Fees* - $90 - $160
  *Fee determined by number of guests and length of stay

• Hot Tub Fee - $25 per visit or week

• Mendocino County Tax - 11%

• Additional Guests: $15 per person per night

• Holidays: $330 per night double occupancy

• 3-night minimum stay June - August

Weekends
A weekend is a combination of:

• Thursday/Friday or 

• Friday/Saturday or 

• Saturday/Sunday 

• Three or four-night minimum stay on Holiday weekends.

RESERVATIONS AND POLICIES

A Security Deposit and a Lodging Deposit charged to a Visa or MasterCard are required when making a reservation. Security Deposits are refundable after your visit per our policies. Rates are for day/night use of SeaEscape. A signed confirmation and 50% deposit of the grand total amount will secure your visit to SeaEscape. We have a 2-night minimum (3-night minimum June - August) and a 3 or 4-night minimum on holiday weekends.

We ask that you not smoke indoors in consideration of all our future guests.

No pets allowed at the house or on the property, please.

PARENTS MUST BE ATTENTIVE TO ALL CHILDREN

DUE TO CLIFF LOCATION, BALCONIES, STAIRS, AND HOT TUB.
